- Assigned Phone Numbers: We assign real phone numbers to you for the purpose of receiving Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes.
- Forwarding Preferences: Your choice of forwarding 2FA codes (Slack, Email, or custom webhook) and the associated details (e.g., Slack workspace, email address, webhook URL).
- Message Content: We process the content of SMS messages (2FA codes) solely for the purpose of forwarding them according to your preferences. We do not intentionally store 2FA codes after they have been forwarded, though they may be incidentally present in system logs (e.g., email sending logs) for a limited period as part of routine system operations. We do not otherwise analyze or use the content of these 2FA codes.
Usage Data:
- Information about how you use the Service, such as access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to our Service.
- Logs of numbers assigned and forwarding activity.
Tracking and Cookies Data:
- We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like pixels) to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.
- We use cookies to track your login state.
- Analytics: We use third-party Service Providers like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site.
- Advertising Pixels: We use tracking pixels from third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. - Subscription payments are managed by our external Merchant of Record, PayPro Global. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. 2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Service, including assigning phone numbers and forwarding 2FA codes as directed by you.
- Process your subscription payments through our Merchant of Record.
- Notify you about changes to our Service, including updates to our policies.

- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Service and to improve the Service’s functionality.
- Deliver targeted advertising, promotions, and other information regarding our Service.

- Payment Processing: PayPro Global for managing subscriptions and payments.

- Cloud Hosting Providers: Cloudflare for data storage and processing.
- Telecommunication Partners: We share necessary information (such as the need to provision a number) with telecommunication partners to provide you with the real phone numbers used by the Service.
These third-party service providers are obligated to protect your data and are restricted from using your PII for any other purpose than to provide the services they are contracted to perform.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We do not sell your PII to third parties.
4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES (COOKIES AND PIXELS)

We will retain your PII and usage data indefinitely unless you request its deletion. If you request deletion of your data, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from our active systems, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information (e.g., for financial record-keeping or to resolve disputes). Please note that some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period. System logs, which may incidentally contain 2FA codes or other data, are subject to our standard log retention policies.

- The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete information you believe is incomplete. You can typically update your account information through your account settings.

- The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

Our Service is hosted by Cloudflare, which has a global network of servers. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use our Service, please note that we transfer data, including PII, to the United States and other locations where Cloudflare operates for processing.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with comprehensive data protection laws, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before transferring your data. As we expand globally, we will update this policy to reflect compliance with specific regional requirements such as GDPR.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with PII, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected PII from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. We do not "sell" (as defined in the CCPA) PII.
